I can't tell what seemed more brutal, when they get physically jerked/flung by the force of the attack, or when the attacker gets another shot in when they're already disintegrating, like that's just trying to hurt them for cruelty sake!
I think it is interesting that Yumi dies so often she was slowly getting resistent to the pain. Which is.....rough.... but she's the one who does the most movement talking or turning around etc when she's dying everyone else flicnhes and falls over. She's rolling over to look and mouth off at what killed her. I love that. also that Ulrich is unbelievable not observent haha.
This always made me wonder why in the show Jeremy didnt upgrade their abilties or had something like a energy-armor to soak up more dmg. If it was done I may have missed it or dont remenber since they are still getting wrecked in later seasons by Roachs.

All things considered, I dont remenber much about it besides: - Jeremy once again fucked around and found out. - We see the only time XANA decides to work together with the kids.
One issue is the hp is a factor of their actual body. So messing with that messes with theri base code. Adding more weapons and gear is far easier as its an attachment not a base. It is also the reason why Yumi' new form only had slight tweeks adding a focus for her TK
@@zwordsman Oh I agree on that messing with HP would be a bad idea, but im just suprised that Jeremy + Aileta never once consider making gear that acted as a personal shield that covers the body in a barrier or just Armor in general so they dont take as much damage when they get hit.

Both. When they reappear in the scanner, you'll see them grab their chest/arm, fall to the ground or reappear passed out. Aside from the life points having to regenerate, this could also explain why they don't go back after being devirtualized, it drains their actual energy and is too painful. They won't feel anything though if Jeremy rematerializes them.
