I truly do want to dive into the ACA titles but the prices are a bit high considering I'd want most, if not all of them. I'd love to see a bundled version that had every title if they ever stop releasing more, or even just several bundles that have the first five or ten or what have you.
Thanks for your videos, It is worth to mention the soccer games from ACA NEO GEO (Sidekicks 1,2,3, Ultimate 11, Neo Geo Cup 98), all of them have almost the same achievements, and are not very difficult 3-4 hrs depending on skill (and once you play one of them, the rest are very similar, being Cup 98 the most refined).
My friend and I can't seem to get local co-op to work in any of the ACA Neo Geo titles we've tried. Not sure if the current version of their emulator is buggy or what. Have you tried local co-op yet?

And yeah, I'm not holding my breath on any sales or bundles either, but there are ways to gain access to the collection without shelling out massive amounts of money. You can always get some trustworthy friends together and pool your funds for it all like you would for a hotel room or something. I'll intentionally leave the rest of the dots unconnected though, since it's somewhat of a TOS gray area, but yeah. Just tossing out an idea.
I signed up on trueachievements but the next day I tried signing in and it said my gamertag is blocked from the sight which is bs. Since I literally did nothing
I really love your guides Maka. However, World of Heroes 2 and King of Fighters 97 both were very frustrating. I struggled with completing them. I have to disagree that they are easy and will only take 25 min. I was stuck on one final achievement for both of them and the bots were so ridiculously bogus!
I really wish they were $4.99 each rather than $8

What character and move is the one for the king of fighters96 to use,where you can just spam the same move. I'm no good at fighting games and thought this was one that needed no/little skill to win.

Are these games been beaten so easily on their default difficulty (4) or are they being turned down to 1?
I have a question. Does anyone have an option menu issue it won't let you select a singular category without it the menu bar sliding down the screen? Meaning the bar acts as if you are holding down the directional but you are actually pressing it once. This is only an issue on XBone. PS4 is fine. Anyone know how to fix that?

well ratios on ta is hugely impacted by a large pool of gamers starting a game getting 2-3 cheevos in a game and then leaving it and never coming back so yeah a good deal of high ratio cheevos can actually be pretty easy or just grindy
I got my 1000G going legit on World Heroes II, following no specific paths. I am not a gamerscore hunter by the way. I just love the Neo Geo era and it's terrific to have those ports on the Xbox. But World Heroes games are very difficult. No joke. Good luck with those.

I agree the prices on these games are overpriced, but I did pick a few of the early ones up not realizing we were going to get 100 more by the time the year ended.
Question though. I remember early on the games had terrible slow down when unlocking an achievement. Is that an issue with the later titles still or has that been mostly fixed?
I bought a few of these when they first came out cus I like 90s fighting games, but I do hate that they are de-valuing gamerscore. These should be 3.99 at the very most, and the lists could be way more fun.
At 9:25 you say King of Fighters '96 but show KOF '97, which of these is the one that's intended to be there on the list?

I know this is a video about easy ACA games, but I'm curious what you think about Puzzled. I think it's the most painful game in the collection so far.
I don't think I own that one, but I've heard it's the hardest by far. Probably going to stay away from it until I get complete more of the easy ones!
Maka91Productions Yeah, it's pretty cancerous. Although, the difficulty and amount of practice required does make the $8 price tag reasonable. Bottom line is that the collection is a minefield. Gotta do your research before you go traipsing through.
Late shift is a fun interactive game with easy gamerscore.

In my opinion, the TA achievs ratio doesn´t represent the correctly dificulty on the old games, ACA games as the Rare Replay games, many achievs are very easy and have high rates...

Fatal Fury Special the CPU AI is just painfully cheap and don't give the player much of a fair chance.
This AI difficulty in FF Special I find is much harder than Fatal Fury 2.

They’re all still up. It might be region specific though.

Er PaBlEtOr It happened like 2 years ago but I think it was because they thought I cheated 3 achievements that were supposed to be unobtainable or something I still they it's lame though, could have just removed those games from my score its pretty obvious my stats are legit Ive been playing for 7 years and that was literally the only thing they had a problem with

I never liked true achievements and they banned my gamerscore years after being a member. Mind you, I was on there a good 4 years before they did. I never used the site anyway so once my gamerscore was wiped from there. It gave me the push I needed to say fuck em and yes I tried disputing but got an automated response. It's fine since I'm on PS4 now.

PARAcain I would like to preface this with, you know when you do something when you're younger and regret it later? Yeah, that happened, nevermind I was already in my 20s but the old dashboard and glitching achievements was a new thing and I liked trying out new things. There was a way to merge profiles on the original dashboard and acquire the same achievements of the person you merge with.
It should also be noted I did this with online only achievements. I was too pride filled to do that with single player achievements. As one of my prouder games have been the Orange Box and Bulletwitch for beating the game on very hard for 1g. This was before gamerscore had rules. After they had rules I got 1000 in L4D and Tales of Vesperia while Tales wasn't hard that shit took 200+ hours.
An example of a game I did that with was Gears. I liked the campaign and I liked Co-op, but I absolutely hate team based mp games. I also couldn't stand execution which that's all everyone played. So I did all the campaign achievements legit, then had a friend get me the online achievements. There is also something very important about that. You couldn't glitch 1000g for someone unless you had the saved data.
What I did wasn't right I'm not saying that, but I can admit I fucked up and to condemn me for what I did long ago. It makes me feel like I'm some kind of felon that can't escape my past. I also thinks that's why I went years without nobody knowing cause I did it with only a couple games. Gears was one and I forgot the other.
I started a new on PS4 and present me is strictly legitimate only. I've also never modded nor do I use cheats, not even for fun cause that's how much of a purist I am. Despite how hard that is to believe, it's true.
ArkhmInmate0801 if they went years without knowing, I beg to differ. I honestly think someone snitched on me cause I been open about my past (too open). I feel it would be hypocritical on my end. When I encourage others to do things legit, but yet never open up about my past.
