As a Braves fan, I wished Freeman was still here. But I think he has settled down and is happy where he is playing ball now. I'm happy for him. Dodgers picked up a great guy when they got Freddie, Now the dodger nation will know why he was so loved in Atlanta... I'm pretty sure the #5 Braves jersey won't be worn again. That's what we in Atlanta thought about Freeman. Plus the sting isn't so bad now knowing what Matt Olson is able to do for us.. Best of Luck Dodgers! except for when you play the Braves!

Freeman is such a class guy. Leadership and commitment by your top players like Freeman is great to watch. Also - he knows his place in baseball as 1st or 2nd ballot HOF , so he’s very complimentary of Ohtani and his 🐐 status. Unlike Mookie,IMO.

Bro, I mistakenly thought Freeman would be the karen in the locker room based on rumors from his Braves day, but he actually seems cool and professional. Betts, on the other hand, gives off insecure and salty vibes. Completely the reverse of what I thought, lol

I’ve never really followed Freddie, but he sure seems like an amazing individual and obviously a tremendous athlete.
When I heard how crushed he was to be out of Atlanta, after being in LA for about a year, I was saying that we should find a way to send him back (because I loved the guy already - not out of spite). I know that was logistically not going to happen, but I could sense the depth of pain.
Now? I think we are so fortunate to have him and Mookie as leaders in the clubhouse. This guy is just the classic good guy with great morality, manners, hard work, and deep appreciation. The Dodgers should work to make this guy a Dodger for the rest of his career.
I live right down the street from Camelback and I was going to go watch them practice but it's a madhouse down there and I don't think I want to deal with that?

That's why usually when I see a dodger game I'll go to another stadium just down the road when they're playing the Reds or Cleveland, you can get a ticket way cheaper!
