I made this recipe, it came out great! Salmon really does pair well with the sauce. Id put the sauce on other things as well like chicken and shrimp like he suggested. I made 1 inch cubes and i was only able to fit about 4 pieces of salmon in each hoagie roll. Id either make the cubes smaller (like a half inch each) or remove some of the bread on the inside of the roll to fit more salmon. I also think you could use about half of the buttermilk marinade, i had a lot leftover. Very good!
