After 22 years, my sister and her family moved from Boston to Seattle to be near us. My Mom's dream of having us all around for her retirement is coming true. What a fun and truly interesting video. 😂 You are correct Sonya, Avocado oil (and Olive oil) is one of the healthiest oils. The Avocado oil can take high heat , whereas olive oil cannot, not to mention Avocado oil has a more neutral flavor. I love the way you care for your precious family.
You have great skin and your makeup always looks beautiful. Glossier foundation is more sheer and has a dewy finish. I really like it, but I have drier skin.

I learn a lot from you! Today I learned that I can put lipstick on just the bottom lip and it will still look great when I smack my lips together to smear it. I mess up the top lips all. the. time. when I try to apply the lipstick there. I have also learned to chop vegetables the way you do, and make matzo ball soup. Dear Sonya, you don't need a foundation, but if you really want one, I would go to sephora or ulta and ask for a luminous skin tint or even a nice tinted moisturizer. That just evens the skin tone. A lot of base products now even have nice skin care ingredients.

My biggest self care is my hair and skin care. My weekly hair treatments. I use black Jamaican castor oil on my eyebrows and eyelashes to strengthen my eyelashes and also around my eyelids.
