1.Mutton - 700 to 800gm
2.Bay leaves - 3
3.Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
4.Cinnamon stick - 2 sticks
5.Salt - 1 tbsp or according your taste
FOR GRAVY:-
1.Fried onion - 3 Medium size
2.Curd - 100 gm
3.Paste of Kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
4.Saffron - 15 to 20 threads
5.Fennel powder - 1 tsp
6.Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
7.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
8.ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
9.Green cardamom - 4
10.Dryloves - 3
11.Cinnamon stick - 2
12.Green cardamom - 3
13.Cloves - 3
14.Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
15.Clarified butter- 3 tbsp
16.Oil - 5 to 6 tbsp
