Hi everyone! I hope you enjoy the NEW SERIES!! I want to focus more of my energy on selling my arts & crafts this year, so I'll be showing my process (from the items I create to the materials I purchase & even the shipping / packaging steps if you're interested). Thank you for watching! And have a great rest of your weekend! ♥︎ Sarah
Bead festival in Oklahoma? Where was this at? I lived in OK most of my life up until the last 3 years and never knew of a bead festival! I need to learn more about this so I can go next time!
@@SoCraftastic I will have to save up to drive down and buy some! I need new seed beads and it's been so hard for me to find good quality ones in stores! Maybe I'll see you there!
Ahh this took me back! I started watching Sarah ten years ago when I wanted to have some fun time relaxing during Uni and Sarah taught me everything I need to know about jewellery making. I now have my own jewellery business all with Sarah’s influence ☺️☺️
My ex-mother inlaw did jewlery, and made a huge profit doing so. I enjoyed this beginner style video, and I hope you can be profitable with your jewlery making as well.
Silver all the way! Starting to get into jewelry making as well as making charms out of uv resin. I have been making polymer clay charms and beads for years so going to try to add those as well.
Hi Sarah. I'm really happy for you, that you are starting a shop. You are so very talented! I remember commenting a few years back, that I thought you should sell your art. I have a quick question - are you still going to film tutorial video's? Obviously I wouldn't expect it to be every week, I loved seeing your Jewelry today. But maybe a tutorial every couple of months? Especially if its something you are going to sell, like the wood burning.
Hi Sarah! I love you so much! Your my fav youtuber, and I wish to be like you when I grow up! You are sooo pretty! And you give such a cool personality! Your awesome! Lots of love! ✨🦋💕
im so happy that ive been growing with this channel im part of this family since 2014(ish) started from the rainbow looms then i was inspired by your crayon candle vid (lmao thats why i started my youtube channel) and then now im proud that im seeing this channel growing
Yay!! A new video! You are sooo inspiring and these are soooooo pretty!! I am totally buying from your shop once it is open!! I love your channel, and Goose and Leo are so cute!! Also, I would say that I am a gold person :)
You are very inspiring and plz plz continue to make vidz! Youre my fav crafter of all times becoz youve taught me so much over the past yrs! Thank u for making such ammazing vidz!!!!🥺💗
I make jewelry too, but instead of using chains, I make mine with stretch cord and completely beaded. I'm really looking forward to see how you do yours 🥰
That’s a lot of jewelry-making items! I’ve made some jewelry over the years when I’ve been in the mood. Maybe I’ll get my supplies out one of these days and make some more. Perhaps I could try selling few pieces too. Also, random fact: when I was a kid I “made” my own little card and craft company for fun and named it Glitter. I sold a few items to my mom, lol. Now I would use the name Winter Sprite Designs.
This is like my third comment, but this video is taking me back! I remember the teapot bracelet in your jewellery collection video, I remember the charm collection and your Amazon haul when you bought dust plugs and cabouchons. Plus the Claire’s ten for ten ones. And I remember your hobby lobby hauls with your friend Michael when you got all the bows. I made SO many bow pieces after I saw yours and I sold lots at craft fairs! ☺️
Im getting some major xenon girl of the 21rst century vibes, yesssss I miss this videos from the very beginning, can you please do an overdued craft room tour video
If you have a Hobby Lobby close to you, they sell a brand called Metal Gallery, and I absolutely love their chains! I purchase the larger spools of both gold and silver chain (in a few different sizes), and I wait for it to be 1/2 off (which is about every 3 weeks. It's a great price and I think it's a great quality.
Sarah! Please keep with this direction of videos! I LOVED this video! It’s so much like your old stuff and the reason I subscribed ten years ago. It’s interesting, informative yet casual and enjoyable to watch. I’m so excited to see your ongoing process with your new biz! ☺️
You can always update charms with UV resin, glitter, pigments, enamels, or paint pens with UV resin. 🥰 (I saw your light in there.) Some of the heart could really pop with UV touches!! 💖 (I always loved hearts!) Some of the items looked more like pewter?
This video is so helpful. I’m starting a jewelry business on Etsy soon making stretch bracelets but would love to learn other techniques. Great video! Can’t wait for the rest of the series.
Omg I LOVE THIS!!! Making jewelry is one of my favorite things to do ahhh this is so much fun! I have made sooo many things from resin to jewelry and tons of stuff and even took pictures to sell them I just haven't felt confident yet to post them 😫
It really is! Feels like I'm opening a treasure chest every time I get my charms out - maybe that's one reason why I have a tough time parting with them. haha Posting things you've made can feel intimidating - especially if you're just starting out. But there are many people who I'm sure would love the style of items you make. Whenever you feel ready is the best time. 😊
Wow you will.be able to make alot of jewelry with the supplies you have. You will need to divide the shop into areas if plan the sell all the styles. Best of luck with the endeavor.
WoW your collection is like heaven, a candy store :) I love the cats beats you showed in the first part of the video. I now a silver kind of girl but also love gold earrings. I also love to wear black chain necklaces and bracelets. Can’t wait to see another videos in this series. Maybe make some polymer clay hangers for your jewelry making
Please make some phone charms!!!! I have been wanting to make some on my own but haven't gotten to it yet. They would be so cute and I think they are coming back! Also I am a silver gal too! Also if you made some necklaces, bracelets, and earrings with rose gold supplies that would be awesome too! Cant wait to follow you on this journey and good luck!
I’ve been making jewelry and a bunch of other stuff for years as well and I have phone charm stuff that I can’t use anymore either because as far as I know, almost all phones don’t have the plug or loop space.. I’ll probably use them for keychains or something.. I have so many supplies from over the years that I have no room for any of it! Lol I have to buy a ton more containers and some sort of cabinet. Right now I sell my own stuff on poshmark. I started an Etsy store a long time ago, but ended up not using it. I also like finding stuff in thrift stores to repurpose.
Have u thought to make pacifier clips/holders for babies with ribbon and pony beads maybe even personalising them with letter beads? Also another great one is kids school bag name key rings made similar to the pacifier clips? Great sellers usually if u are after ideas 🤷🏼♀️ I did see some really cute bits u made too I love the gun metal chains
I recently made my first elastic beaded bracelet at my wrist size of 6.5 inches. I know I measured accurately but when I put it on the beads were too spaced out. What does this mean?
My mom bought those for me years ago. I did just see the exact black one I have on Romwe though : us.romwe.com/1pc-Jewelry-Storage-Bag-p-1278542-cat-1260.html?scici=Search~~EditSearch~~1~~jewelry_20organizer~~~~0~~0 & This one on Amazon looks very similar or maybe exact to the tan one I have : www.amazon.com/brotrade-Hanging-Jewelry-Organizer-Jewelries/dp/B01CPHFN34/ref=bmx_3?pd_rd_w=6qOBd&pf_rd_p=b56a886c-2bb4-4e74-b4cf-23d7a76693c8&pf_rd_r=C6VT4CRYG7KTM30RM2GB&pd_rd_r=c50e171b-ad46-447e-b22a-b632a9226de9&pd_rd_wg=DgKXS&pd_rd_i=B01CPHFN34&psc=1
Those items are not in my immediate plans. (Unless any of my old creations survived storage & are looking nice enough to sell.) But perhaps as I expand in the future I'll create some new pieces. 😄
The inexpensive necklaces, bracelets, and anklets are ok for me to buy. But when it comes to ear rings. I can only wear the high end. Im allergic to the alloy metals in the cheaper ear rings. There is so many websites that i have bought clothes off of that also have jewlery, and ear rings. Some of the ear rings are so cute. And wished i could buy and wear them. But i cant. Id have to buy ear ring protectors along with it just to enjoy them. Some ideas you can also do and was a suggestion by my son. Is chokers necklaces. Supper easy to make. And a lot of people wear them. A hot item that never goes out of style. If you make some chokers on this channel. I would love to see your cute ideas. Chokers you can use ribbon and then chain for the adjustable part. You would need findings for attaching the chain to the ribbon. The clamp things. I have tried to make chokers myself. Never could get the clamp part to work or to stay for the long part. I dont know if you super glue the ribbon to the clamp.
That's a bummer about the earrings. It's good you can wear all the other jewelry though. I like the choker idea. Will have to watch some videos on the best way to make them secure. (I've had an issue with some organza necklace bases I purchased for my jewelry years back - the clamps pulled apart from the ribbon.) Thanks to you & your son for the ideas!
Aaaah! You’re so cute in your outfit! And also I’m so happy to see another video! Also you can buy some super unique jewelry at goodwill or estate sales!
