Random useless fact: There's this one doctor poster in the game (inside the building where Arthur gets kidnapped by doctors) that's actually just random clip art of a doctor holding a syringe that's been modified to look like one of the ones in WHF. Why do I know this? They did the exact same thing in Bioshock 1 except this one's been made to look like Dr. Steinman, when you're in that one hallway with the "genetic modification" speech. Besides the obvious changes you can tell the two pictures almost look identical to each other. Btw I wish the plague doctor mask from the trailer never got cut from the game.
if i recall right the clip art of the doctor used for steinman isn't copyrighted and its public domain so many companies and such can use it for stuff like this
yeah those Doctors are scary, especially when they're Smiling much more than other NPCs (maybe almost like Constables) but still, these guys are no joke, especially their deadly Saws
