    So awesome what you have built, congratulations! My wife and I had the pleasure to visit and meet Nathan of Brewha a couple years ago. We can’t wait to go back to Victoria and see him again. Putting Temple Texas on our list of place to visit.

    Do you filter your brews through copper to remove the off "stainless steel" taste?

      No filtering through copper to remove 'stainless steel' taste is necessary. Filtering/purifying the brew water to remove iron (and other contaminants) before brewing is important.
