Very good video and great explanation of ingredients. I usually soak my shrimp or lobster in beer before cooking or you can lightly steam it in beer. But shrimp does not take long to cook..I am very fortunate that i have a friend who makes this awsome salsa sauce and i use it alot..Thanks for posting i look forward to more vids...Thank you
Made this today and it was delicious. Only changes: I made a little stock with the shrimp tails, added it to the sauce with shrimp and some old bay. And added a cup or so of rice to the pot. Amazing!
Hi, I had a good friend from florida with her family go visit ur restaurant , and she loved it. I hope 1 day to visit NY and go visit ur restaurant. I hope you blow up and have restaurants all over the place especially south Florida.
Love the channel and love your recipes. I just made some arroz con frijoles tonight. It looks like you overcooked your shrimp however. A quick tip would be to take the tips off the raw shrimp and boil to make a quick "stock". Then add that to your stew, let simmer to the right consistency THEN you add your shrimp at the very last minute since thats about how long they need to cook. Kudos! :)
