Being a Kashmiri I've gotta tell u, we don't put sugar in our 'noon chai' as it is called in our language. Noon basically means salt so when we add noon to our tea it's called noon chai.

Masha Allah the colour of the tea is perfect, the only difference in it and the native Kashmiri chai (Noon Chai) is that at the end u added sugar to the tea and we Kashmiris add salt instead. Rest the entire procedure is 100% correct
