Being a kashmiri whose day starts with this pink tea [NUNI CHAI in our kashmiri language] and end with it only, i would like to suggest one thing, there is absoulutely no need of adding baking soda with the tea leaves as it has certain ill effects on health if consumed on regular basis rather leave it on burner for some more time. And inorder to enhance the taste add some butter and grated coconut to it.
PS:- DONT FORGET TO ADD SALT TO IT ACCORDING TO TASTE.....

So dear you are telling me to add Butter for good taste,so my question is Butter safe for daily use? The plastic box in which the butter is packed,is that safe? Infact every thing we consume nowadays comes in plastic packaging is that safe? The bakery items we consume on daily basis is that safe? Main meal in kashmir (Rice) is that safe ?
If these things are safe then Noon chaii is also safe 😄✌️
