Bit stressful here, as you can imagine. Having flu was the topping on the cake 😩 2 more weeks till eleanor finishes exams. We go on holiday in 3 weeks - taking my mums ashes to Greece it's coming up to 3 yrs since she passed. High emotions. I'm back to doing my yoga and meditation plus walking Colin most days. Eating well and taking my vitamins plus good bedtime routine going - trying to keep myself good now till end of August is going to be challenging
@@Tania-Tatttytreasure I am so glad you are at least trying to take care of yourself during this difficult time. I can only imagine all your emotions are going every direction and to every height ! And rightfully so. You have a lot to deal with. Remember to find laughter as well. It’s the only way my sister and I survived growing up. It forces you to smile and make light of little things that are just more clutter to your mind. And you deserve to smile and laugh! Lots of hugs ❤️😱
@blackcoffeeandwildflowers I'm doing some qiyong I think it's called. He always reminds me to smile. It's funny really because I'm going through so many emotions but I don't feel unhappy, scared yes. I know it's the right thing to do 💐 ill put a link up to the excersise I'm doing so you can see him
