A lot of carriers in the Midwest are canceling polices with solar panels installed on the roofs due to leaks.

Hi Daniel. Merry Christmas! I am finding your videos useful as I move towards becoming an adjuster. I just passed my Texas all Lines. I am moving towards X1 and X2. What books or E-books would you recommend? (roofing, construction, xactimate, policy, adjusting...) . Once I get Xactimate I will probably purchase your Macros. Thanks

Appreciate your comments and thanks for watching. Merry Christmas to you. I always felt like the best information was the suggested reading materials for getting your adjuster license. Countless books to study, they are a great resource. Most licensing departments will provide this list to you.

What if there is no gutter?

@DustinDouglass Yeah, I hate those! Definitely would be better with gutters. I make the ladder a little steeper in my approach.

Thank you for showing this. I have hail damage to my roof. I also started to see leak spots in my ceiling in different areas of my house. Would this be something that I need to contact the solar company or my home insurance?

Definitely the solar company first, and then an insurance claim
