What's Your Motivation

  • I was having some problems staying motivated recently. I wanted to get some thoughts off my mind. And I figured I would ask for your tips on how to stay motivated in life.

    Usually when I get demotivated it's because my goals are too high and feel unaccomplished. I just lower my goals and standards, which not only makes me less depressed but it also frees up my time and energy so I can focus on healthier habits and become even happier. Usually when I'm happy with myself I also start becoming more creative and motivated. It's better than being depressed forever, but not only that I can actually get somewhere that I end up being happy with because I end up matching my goals to my actual capabilities.
