i use this throw from turtle position sometimes when someone is trying to take my back and gets seat belt grip, i move the hand over my head and launch them

i wast just joking. my point was all these videos show great techniques however if your opponent has decent experience it can be difficult to set up and execute the move.

Yes, these moves can definitely work on high level players..
The way you think is like saying 'armbars' & 'triangles' do not work on high level fighters. These are techniques you learn on your first month in class. Yet you see them used effectively in extremely high profile MMA fights all the time.
