It's ridiculous isn't it and to boot a lot are now taking to camping halfway up ropes in DZ07 while their Nomad comes back. The developers though, worst in the industry.
I wouldn't consider nomad op on its own it can't have super balanced stats. It's usually all or nothing. In this case he chose firearms. If he had balanced firearms and stamina it wouldn't have made his build that good at all, not to mention nomads next to non existent native skillpower. Very strong, still needs a tweak but not op I'd say.

Surely im not the only one that loved this game and the idea of it being a tactical shooter and was extremely disappointed that PVP is literally running up to point blank and emptying magazines into each other with absolutely no tactical input at all.
PH4CEM4N There is a skill to it, but it’s very different to what most people expected, it does mean there’s more involved than just “point and shoot” it’s just hard to get used to from the normal style of PVP games

Everytime I use nomad I only get one fucking pop! Always! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh I don't even like using it anyways lol. But not sure why it only pops once for me everytime while others gets like 5 or so.
hahaha yes almost true, but there is something that is called weapons sway. i can control the recoil pretty good but got to use almost my entire desk for it (sins i have sensitivity very low) still the gun jumps every now and then, especially when shooting distanced targets and magic mr.widdz never has a problem, or ever had a problem with this.
I come to realize that te division is an arcade shooter, not a realistic one. So I just play realistic shooters where a headshot is a kill shot whenever I need a fix. Other than that divison 2 will probably be this say too.
its called recoil management and strafing back and forth whilst shooting which significantly helps you manage recoil . and not having potato aim and the fact the m4 is easy to control so.....

These ppl mostly run straight. So ez to kill. On PC everyones runs ard, they so tanky that Predator 9k with 25k dps without critical chance, can't even kill them. Some bugs playing wiht me
