Thanks for the info. Was trying to decide what I was wanting to get and this seems to have made up my mind. For the price, this phone is perfect. TCL seems to be making big plays in the tech world and keeping everything at a realistic price.

would you say that fire hd 7 9th gen would be good for editing videos? nothing fancy just some basic stuff.
I wouldn't think so because video editing usually takes a lot of power. Maybe you'd have a better luck with the Fire HD10.

As far as I know Verizon. Even though I've heard some Verizon phones work on other networks, I don't have a different carrier sim to try.
