    Great video! I would add another easy way to remove crochet hair is to unbraid your hair and the crochet hair will just slide out as you unbraid the corn rows 😊

    Girl, I cut about two inches off one of my braids, and I almost lost it. Good thing I was going to wear crochet for a while😅.

    when I was that clip of your hair accidentally cut, I chuckled a little because I've done that. Now I watch a good movie and take my time. 😃one of my secrets is braidless crochet braids, I tried this out of curiosity and I had to come up with a quick style for an event. I put my hair in 4 plaits and crochet my hair. it lasted for 4 weeks, easy take down, and my hair grew like crazy, I love crochet braids that best protective style for me. great video💞

    You can use pure rose water (on a cotton round) to cleanse the scalp instead of washing.
    Regular trims are important too 👍🏾

    Thank you for sharing these secrets with the masses. I’ve never worn loose crochet hair before and this will be helpful when I do. I’ve been wearing pre twisted/braided crochet hair for almost 25 years and I love it. Low maintenance and manageable for me.

    Hello Lia, I'm a new subscriber of your channel & new to the "world of crochet styles" Well I wanted to comment on having your hair professionally braided down vs diy. I paid a pro to braid & crochet and couldn't sleep for quite a few days. Girl, my edges & hair were snatched alright, literally! Once removing the style, I noticed my hair suffered tremendous breakage, mainly along the edges. I am now crocheting my own styles to protect the integrity of my already thin edges as well as the 2 scoops of hair I have remaining😅. Haven't got the hang of braiding my hair but as you said in the video, anybody can learn by watching tutorials & I've learned other ways to secure my hair in preperation for crocheting. So thank you for all your content & contribution because I am learning so much! In the meantime, I've got my edges tho👍🏾

    I looove your content lia and you are my go-to as i consider venturing into this world. BUT, I tried crochet for the 1st time in my Mom and it was disastrous!! I had so much trouble with the knotting. Just kept "unlooping." I tried so many different ways. Finally got it in, but dont think it'll stay :-(😢 i may need to go with the pre-looped hair. So upset, it was a tough nite. Oh well.

    Good morning young lady. I am new to your channel. I wanted you to do a style where you have your hair in a high ponytail. In of course the curly crochet style. We all can’t wear our hair down at all times. So please give us a style like that. Thank you

    • @LiaLavon
      @LiaLavon  Рік тому +1

      Hey! I’m not a hairstylist so my range of braid patterns isn’t that far. I would say search UA-cam for vixen crochet or versatile crochet installs and tons of videos should come up with other braid pattern options. I hope this helps!
