1/4 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Plain Flour (Maida)
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Vinegar
Chocolate Ganache:
75 Gms Sugar
50 ml Water
12.5 Gms Cocoa Powder
50 gms Condensed Milk
85 gms Dark Chocolate
