@@SanjanaCPoojary Hey there! I had used local curd from market. ‘Pragati dahi’ but I would still suggest you to add home made curd as it's texture and taste both are good. Else it's your choice to use any curd whichever is available.

Tried this cake and just loved it. Me and my family. My mother don't like chocolate cakes but even she liked it.... But there's a tip for others reading this comment that put some ganache in middle of the cake otherwise while eating u may feel it a bit dry.... But so far the cake was fluffy and tasty. Even I have tried so many cake recipes of other channels but this is my first cake which was perfect😋😋🥰🥰

Hello,did it turn out spongy? I always made with wheat flour to make it healthy and it used to turn dense.
I tried it too, the best cake ever. Replaced white sugar with brown sugar but kept the measurements the same, amazing results and the cake was very moist too ❤❤

Hey. I want to make it for my dad's bday plus new year tmrw. This year I made 3 healthy and delicious cakes but as I used wheat flour they were not spongy but dense. Although they were good for health and taste was heaven,just that it felt like mousse and not that spongy texture. I just wanna know did the cake turned out to he spongy just like how we get in the bakeries?

I've made this recipe so many times for 2-3 years. My family loves it. We love eating it hot (straight out of the oven) with some vanilla icecream and chocolate syrup. It tastes better than sizzling brownie. Even better with walnuts!

Awesome cake.....I made wheat chocolate cake but I followed this recipe for chocolate ganache...and it turned out absolutely delicious....I substituted sugar with jaggery powder n still the ratio of recipe was perfect...this method better than whipping cream.
