@@MJsGrubHub thanks. Is there any way to make bebinca without top element on ? We have a gas range and turning top element on means starting the broil option which takes temperature as high as 500 F, which i don't find very safe. Any way bebinca can still happen with just baking mode ,that is the bottom element on the whole time ?
Hello, please can you give me the cup measurements of 300gms sugar, 200 gmsflour and 750ml coconut milk. Can I bake the bebinca in a square pyrex bowl and lastly can I freeze baked bebinca? Thankyou very much and I wish you a Very Happy New. Year 2024.
Sorry for the late reply. We have used a 250 ml cup here so 1 cup = 250ml. The Coconut milk is 3 cups For the sugar and flour, you may use any online converter for the cup measurements. Yes, you can use a square pyrex bowl for your bebinca. Once the Bebinca has completely cool you can certainly freeze it for later consumption. You may wrap it in cling wrap and store it in a dry air tight container.

Delicious. How many days will the bebinca last if kept in the fridge?
Thank you 😊
As mentioned in the tips section, it should last up to a week in the refrigerator.
How many cups of water did you use to extract coconut milk
How about use of gud (jaggary) instead of caramel
I have already mentioned this in the tips section.
