The true problem starts with the first 2 possessions. First drive we can’t score and they score game is over. the defense is built to hold the lead, and the offense is build to get a quick lead and keep pushing the ball down field. Offense needs to score so the opponent needs to pass if offense can’t score then they will just run score and then thief defense will get to rest while ours hasn’t.
The real issue with this team is you had an off-season to make moves to help your team get better and you didn't therefore this is the product you have on the field.
This entire mess falls at the feet of Jerry! Our rush defense or lack there of has been an issue since McCarthy has been the HC. Jerry and staff not respecting what a true running back could bring and not addressing it. When you can't run the ball nor stop the run, you're doomed for a pitiful season! We will be lucky to win 6 games this year. If that happens, McCarthy will be gone!!

Micah, DLaw, Hooker, Kendricks, Dono, AND rookies are learning from them!
