Because, if you guys don’t know, the first ranked split is ending and Riot is uhh adding a bunch of new things in the next split. So, these are not out yet but they will be out in like 2 to 3 weeks. Uhh so be ready for it.
ong, feels shitty to be a squishy target at 40%hp, take some damage from brand r from your teammate and going down to 25% and burning to death, same with ap twitch and lillia, etc. though at least lillia has to be right on your head or you have to get hit by her very slow e

Landing an empowered Asol ult gives you a guaranteed 20% bonus AP, no wait, your ult hits jungle monsters too.. you get... a lot of AP with a big stardust stack ult.. lol what... Lategame you could get like 40% or more AP
I was thinking asol too. but not for the r. mid to late game, it's sometimes impossible to avoid asol e during team fights. in high elo, the whole team can position around. but in low elo, it will be fun -- for asol
assuming you land it dead center midlane and it goes far enough to reach all four buffs + epic monster pits, and its before the 3 void grubs get despawned (which is unrealistic but idc) + all 5 enemy team, that is 8 large monsters + 4 epic monsters + 5 enemies, best case scenario 17 * 4% = 68% bonus ap, for 3 seconds
Overlord's Mail on Skarner: Skarner has health scaling and can survive surprisingly well on low HP. Bloodthirster Briar: I know you want to, just giving the excuse for it. Krakenslayer Briar?: Now that it's not a crit item anymore, it could work as an AS item for Briar that didn't really exist for her until now. Blackfire Aurelion: Beeg ult can hit a massive amount of eligible targets for probably the biggest AP boost that item can grant.
Also Mundo which will scale with his e passive in which both will stack and convert Health to AD. Skarner is also good with the item. Other user may also be Fiora and Sett.
I think the torch item is going to be really good on fiddlesticks. Dealing bonus damage to monsters is pretty big and his w and r are going to proc it on a ton of people ideally. I do think that it will be a pretty niche item that you're only really going to see on swain/brand/lillia/fiddle and maybe some others I'm not thinking of
@@joshuaosei5628 Even if not, Fiddle gonna follow-up ult with W, that will certainly be empowered as will any Q or E after ult lands. Q is single target ofc, but I land multi target E's all the time. Slaughterfest time.

For the Yun Tal bleed, it does in fact, stack. The problem is that you need consistent crits and enough AS... as well as having a target with enough health to not die before the bleed does anything. It would be good an champs with AA resets. The tool-tip for how much damage it does is also bugged.
Blackfire could be good on Miss Fortune, Hwei & Fiddlesticks (5 man ult in baron/dragon pit means + 24% AP). Karthus could start a teamfight with ult. It's probably just good on Heimer & Cass (in a normal, not off-meta way). Anyone who crits easily wants wildarrows, especially late-game Senna (maybe navori + wildarrows on Fiora, but that might be too crazy) New & Improved Briar (SSky, buffed Unending Dispair, Overlord's Bloodmail, Spirit V, THydra). Maybe give Taric navori & iceborn for perma stun/slow. New ability haste & inspiration rune would be good for it too.
I agree with the Mundo idea using the health to ad item since he already somewhat has it as his e passive, I also imagined you trying health scaling Briar again with that item. I hate Jhin but I’m lowkey excited to see you use the crit item on him

potentially good blackfire torch users would be Burn/Rylai Annie, Fiddle, single AP item Singed, malignance Nasus, enchanters like Rakan & Karma for stronger shields? Sona if her Q aura to allies applies it, AP Shaco, AP Maokai, AP Smolder, AP Twitch. Teemo E doesn't work atm for some reason but he'd 1000% like just sitting on the 900g component
As you were looking at the Yasuo's Yun Tal Wildarrows (Crit-bleed) I found myself thinking it'd be good on Jhin because of the scaling and length of time between autos to let the bleed actually work, about 2 seconds before you said the exact same thing. I suspect that means this will be a common revelation.
I suspect that it isn't particularly good, but I always consider whether a new AP item will be good on Kog'maw. I feel he suffers from wanting too many synergistic items all at once, but maybe the burns from malignance+liandry's+blackfire+shadowflame theoretically *could* make his ult be better. I think he's always slightly up in the air because he also likes archangels, rylai's, rabadons, ludens.
You can really tell the difference when Pekin plays against people who arent masters+, they just make a handful of exploitable mistakes that he can carry from. When I see these PBE videos it makes me appreciate the effort Pekin goes to to get content against people at his skill level outside of PBE.
While I think the %ap passive is really impactful on AoE champs, I believe that Blackfire will still have a place for more single target mages. It's another lost chapter option, and, with the flat burn vs. Liandry's % max HP, it's better for teams that stack less health (which is why I think it outperformed liandry's so much in the swain game). If you've got a lot of CDR, then even more single target and burst oriented mages will get use out of it in longer fights. Of course, Brand is still going to be the king of this item with champs like Swain and Aurelion Sol (Cassio and Lillia? too) sitting in the next tier after him.
Blackfire grasp is going to be literally insane on veigar, every single ability gets a free 20% ap ratio, plus you get 4% bAP whenever someone is ticking away? thats first item on veigar now no cap
@@tupacshakur5868 yes, actually, if you have ever played veigar killing tanks and bruisers even with full build feels damn near impossible sometimes especially into champs like ksante, and galio, who build mr and hp very efficiently
@@saltblood the item doesnt help you kill them its just blocks a slot for an item which could prevent them from killing you, opportunity cost is to high.
Could a maybe try Akshan or Yone with the new or re-vamped items since there was crit changes and also they removed lethal tempo which was a Yone staple

Next video Jhin mid Wildblades rapidfire IE pls ❤ They reverted IE and BT to how they used to be from basically preseason 5 to end of season 10 mythic item patch which thank GOD they finally did. Honestly might be a Samira bt rush angle
There are champions that I think they should revert too. A handful of move changes or reworks were done because it felt unhealthy for the game, but now would be perfectly ok because of how much movement has been added. Example: Blitz overdrive. I think removing or reducing the slow would be perfectly ok in current league. Old Yorick, aside from maybe his ultimate, would probably be just fine in current league. His damage was slow, we now play in a faster paced game.
Now that they’ve made crit items 25% (which thank God, wild rift did that years ago and it finally made it over) I hope they also change the wind bros passive to 2x crit instead of 2.5x (again, like wild rift)
I was looking for someone who said this, I'm a Ziggs player and it feels so awkward in laning phase having no mana (I even run both Cookies and Manaflow Band with Doran's and Tear) since buying Luden's or Malignance is troll, so you go tear into Liandry's but maybe you can now go Torch into Liandry's for the big burns
@@arcanegale285 I love Ziggs too, easily one of my favorite champions. Tear feels great, but I hate delaying other core items and Seraph's Embrace always feels like it takes awhile to come online. I'd rather go Zhonyas for defensive measures. Either way, this new item is going to shake things up for us a little bit huh? :)
@@docmanh20 I go tear into liandry's and Seraph's second so I'm fine with that, I need a lost chapter item after all I never buy Zhonya's I think it's a waste of item cuz if someone's on top of you as Ziggs chances are you're probably gonna die regardless of Zhonya
His W doesn't proc Liandry so it won't proc Blackfire. His W doesn't do damage. It leaves a puddle that will apply his passive. So the ability doesn't dmg. He'll be able to apply it with his E but that's about it. That's why AP Twitch doesn't really build Liandry.

Yeah, Pekin should definitely try it on Sion too- he's got some really good AD ratios and gets a lot of health, obviously.

It's basically the perfect Sett item though. You only want to W when you get lower
I think you forget Volibear. Tank Voli will be extremely strong since well... he's Voli and his W scales with AD.

Is fiddles ult based on ap when you first ult or does it snapshot the ap after the item procs?
Maybe Morgana mid can also benefit from it?

The legend:ability haste rune is supposed to only give ability haste to basic abilities, at least thats how a Rioter corrected Spideraxe on Twitter...

Teemo could benefit a lot from an early good burn item as well as the new ability haste rune.
If the new item burn just keeps scaling then I wonder how good it is on Veigar. It's a mana item too so it could even be built first.
The legend haste ruin only gives basic abality haste so it makes sense the stat isn’t being shown (kinda like spear of shojin)

i believe bloodthirster gives no crit because all the crit items gives 25% crit chance rather than the 20% crit chance it has on current patch

Pekin Fiddle the middle with that new burn item , it sounds amazing for him. You ult into 5 ppl you get crazy ap and they dissapear easy peasy.
Veigar + Blackflame might be fun, big AP + additional % AP. But might be hard to proc it on multiple ppl.

Why would a dot item be good on a burst mage? There are like 30 items that habe more value for veigar

I think the dot damage on seraphine at 30:03 tells us this is pretty meh. You had pretty much max burn damage here and it tickled.
Yun Tal Wildarrows early on Ashe since she always crits. Would be goofy if it also applied 5 times per flurry but I really doubt that's the case

I like the swain skin. It makes the crows look like a mix between a seagull and a cockatiel.
The HP to AD might be good on sion, the burn might be interesting on mord and kennen but I'm not sure

Nocturne does camps incredibly fast, FWIW. Main him. I think the guy isn't used to lacking lethal tempo, so he fought poorly.

His W doesn't proc Liandry so it won't proc Blackfire. His W doesn't do damage. It leaves a puddle that will apply his passive. So the ability doesn't dmg. He'll be able to apply it with his E but that's about it. That's why AP Twitch doesn't really build Liandry.
