I'm running the LN plug in a 2014 Audi 2.0T (CPMB engine). It is a great product but can leak using the OE crush washer at torque spec. Contacted LN and they recommend using a copper washer currently (traditional flat-style washer, not donut-style crush washer) whereas the LN plug initially came with an aluminum washer.
My LN plug definitely leaks on my 991.1 C2S if I tighten it to the specs on the plug, with a new crush washer. I have to add just a tiny bit more oomph, and then it doesn't leak.

What it means is when you play stupid games, you win stupid prices. Glad you found it. Hopefully you've learned your lesson.

Can’t see the drain plug causing an issue more a washer problem.
