The leak is out! I hope with this, the modding community can restore the game to what it once was around 2001 and deliver a Duke Nukem Forever people would have wanted.

I had no idea the MegaDeath version of Grabbag was originally meant to be used for Duke Nukem Forever.
I think it was a place holder. Lee Jackson had his own one I believe
I downloaded that exact Duke Nukem Theme track off what must have been... Napster or Kazaa back then, over twenty years ago. What a blast from the past...

@@MothershipLoudspeakerz There's honestly not many Duke Nukem remixes of most of those levels besides the main theme.
The starting riff at 1:47 sounds like ARKONA - Goi Rode Goi
Arkona obviously taking inspiration from Duke/Megadeth
The good thing about early unreal engines are the umx musicfile which are 8-bit and 16 bit wave files used as notes but is still wastly better sound than like ogg files used later . The sounds are uncompressed basicilly unlike mp3

Tried to get the leaked build to work, but alas, it just sat there "not responding" after showing me the loading logo. What a shame. Hopefully the community will polish it a bit more.
you sort of need to patch or yourself.at the very least I think the d3d8 wrapper is required. copy the folders in that over the build you're trying to play and it should boot

@GoTi4No I know! I have listened to this track many times. And it's great to hear from him again! Even despite the fact that he remained only in this version of DNF (Unfortunately, this Easter egg did not reach the release)
