hello, thanks for the video. for my department I have to get a supervisor before Applying, but most of them just take PhD and not MPhil, I have sent cold emails but I know it takes time for response, that's if they'll reply at all, I really want to apply for this scholarship, do you think I should still risk it and submit my application regardless since I'm applying for this scholarship?

Please Sir, Concerning the Proof of residence. It says you should have benefits in African for the past 3 years. Does it mean thay I'd need to provide bank statement for the past three years??
