@@JT_A_Rational_Indian If you are saying implemented it then again it was started before 2014. DFFC was made in 2006 project was initiated somewhere around 2010. All land acquisition and allotment of contract took time. Though in past few years work progressed fast but Take a deep breath and look who initiated it first. It was japan which after india failing to supply steel to china for olympics granted loan for this project wdfc and world bank another for edfc.
