Really appreciate your work!! Not only this but the reviews of other laptops too! You are one of the best, seemingly authentic and detailed tech reviewer.
Thanks. That’s a tough one, I’m just finishing my ser6 review actually. In terms of video editing and general computer they are close enough to not matter. But the 7845hs is definitely more capable than a 6900hx/7735hs in terms of iGPU If you are set on gaming and not using an eGPU I’d recommend the seR7. It will easily outperform a steam deck by a mile, and even the legion go/ROG ally significantly
I bought this model of beelink for my son. Because we don't have lots of space in our room because I have my sim rig setup already. My son plays roblox and some steam games. And this mini PC performs well in 1080p monitor .
I need help, I have the same PC but it has problems running the games, it runs very well however after 5 minutes they close, the temperature is fine so it is ruled out. I tried all the drivers and it still doesn't work. anyone with the same error?
Forgive me because I'm clueless. You plugged in the eGPU and magically it's capable of 4k gaming rather than 1080p? All that was needed was an eGPU? No CPU upgrades or anything else? Wow, if so, I will buy this and eventually get an eGPU
Contact bee link. I had to RMA another unit earlier in the year, and their support page was incredibly helpful. And I didn’t flex any UA-camr BS, I just went through as a consumer
''Slim 7 no contest I think I even know the seller you are talking about. I ordered a mini pc from them for delivery next week. Let’s hope it’s good'' Is this that mini pc,and seller(macro solutions)?
If you have a USB drive stick and a current computer/laptop, download Windows OS to a USB drive and wipe the SSD from the BIOS that comes with mini-PC. Then insert the USB stick into the mini-PC with Windows OS. Fresh install to avoid any malware.
I’ve been rocking the ser 6 for a couple months now. I’ve just been too lazy to publish the review (same chassis). So far so good. The ser 5 I had died (bad memory slot) and beelink has really good customer support. Sent me a new unit
its good enough for doing video and photo editing, internet and other kinds of less hardware demanding work. if you want gaming ones , there are those like the minisforum hx100g or something. or is it hx99g? but they comes with discrete top tier laptop GPU like the radeon 6800m XT. and i think there is the newer version with 7800mXT etc. and its CHEAPER than gaming laptops and performs better since you could crank their TDP over laptop levels.. and you could order it "barebones" so you could choose to buy only 16GB of RAM that is cheaper and pair it with affordable SSD you could fnd, and it will be still better investment than buying an OLD desktop computer hardware that will be obsolete soon. thsoe mini PC with the discrete GPU could come in total cost less than 1000 bucks. and already in latest generations of hardwares. for people on budget out there.

Greatly appreciate you
The BeeLink SER7 is the most stable mini-PC for programming work, 1080p gaming, and light 4k video editing.
It’s really nice. I have the ser6 to review too with the same chassis. Also great but obviously a bit slower cpu and iGPU
@@TechGuyBeau I can vouch for that
Would ser7 function vr headset? So instead of displaying game on monitor you display on vr.
I just got one today and it's nice and quiet but it feels pretty hot to the touch. is that normal or something i should be concerned about?
Suficial heat doesn’t matter. You can download hwinfo and check for throttling. So long as the internal components are cool it’s fine.
Great review man! Do you think the $399 ser6 or $579 ser7 would be better value? For the purposes of gaming and some video editing.
Thanks. That’s a tough one, I’m just finishing my ser6 review actually.

@@TechGuyBeau great! Thanks for detailed review and detailed response!
@@TechGuyBeauI currently use my steam deck like a pc and I’m looking forward to getting a mini pc to up my gaming a little more
With a budget of 500-600 dollars what mini pc fire gaming would you reccomend i get?
Good review, thanks 👍👍

Good to know. I’ve had people asking me about that game but I’ve never played it myself to test
What external gpu enclosure are you using?
This one that I use in the video is an ACASIS model. I have a review of it, it is quite good
@@TechGuyBeau All I can find about the ACASIS enclosure is that it’s for the SSD. I can’t find the ACASIS gpu enclosure.
Did you get the Microsoft store installed, wonder why it was not installed
I'll wait for the snapdragon X arm based mini PCs and laptops to come to market..

anyone with the same error?
Check your memory. Doing meme test. It could be something to do with that, maybe a bad ram stick
@@TechGuyBeau Thanks for your help, today I ran a test however it says no errors were found
@@TechGuyBeau Finally I was able to solve it, it was problems with the bios, I just changed the version to an older one.
Hi. May I ask you which kind of microphone are you using? I ear your voice very well. Thanks
I honestly just use a fifine mic
@@TechGuyBeau
Don't you want to tell me the model? Thanks.

Hi i ask what is your setting , mine is keeping crashing while playing old games like farcry 4 ?? 1080p settings tnx
Have you updated your AMD drivers?9
Worked great for three weeks. Now the fan sounds like it’s struggling and about to fail.

Whats the best egpu for beelink ser7?
I’ve only used the razer model
Where does ser6 6900 v.2 sit
Okay found the answer to that but new question is how bad is the 4k gaming abilities

I bought the mini PCs all new from Amazon

Does anyone have any 6 month testimonies on the ser6/7?

@@TechGuyBeau have you had any issues? Also do you think it would be ideal for someone learning to use different programming languages with daily use?

At least with the Deck you get fantastic support from valve and others... I like mini pc but they are a crapshoot.
Got one. Piece of crap froze on all benchmarks - Furmark, Superposition, Cinebench etc. Sent it back.
same issue with my 2000 dollar Asus gaming laptop. Will never buy Asus again, piece of garbage.
