@@BigB0ss00 Yes, holding LMB just manually logs the map (in case you want to do something that's not map-related, like lab or stuff), so the tracker is cleared and doesn't have a "pending" map. It's also logged automatically whenever you enter a new map, or close the script at the end of your session. The only thing that absolutely requires user-input is kill-tracking because it's against ToS to automate that.
As of right now, the only way to get 100% functionality is by playing with the client set to English. That's because certain aspects directly interact with the client, e.g. by reading item-info texts ("prefix", "suffix", "level", "strength", etc.) or the client.txt log-file ("you have entered...", "XYZ has reached level...", etc.). Supporting more languages requires a lot of work. I'll think about implementing a feature that enables manually adding more language support, so people can create "mods/addons" and share it.

Some people just like statistics a lot. Also, there's an optional reminder feature that tells you to double-check whether all content has been done before you port out (EDIT: which is useful for ritual and metamorph.)
For the tracker, TIme means the current time and run means how long it took to complete the map?
Yes, "time" refers to when you started the map and "run" is the run-time.
