Hi Ryan, If memory serves Billy was testing a power source to run the furnace with the pellets, I guess that was in the Guest house or Chateau? He had put up a video on the heating system for one area.

He left the old unit intact in the other part of convent and thinking of switching that possible for pellet but he is unsure . It’s in one of his dailies. Just a thought. Buy a cute town house or village house that needs Reno for say 20 grand . Do a buy coffee and patreon kickstarter for the property . Pay cash film the remodel then sell it ( flip it) Buy bigger property with lake with proceeds and film that new remodel and property improvements along with your antiques filming , I think that it’s no different than raising money for a tv pilot as people are getting content. It’s not a tasteless reality show and you dialogue with your fans .
I don’t think the Chapel can be heated. It has such tall ceilings, it would never get warm. My guess is they will just close it off in the winter. But that’s just my guess.

As far as I can tell from UA-cam videos, antiques are far more expensive in Australia than in France. Distressingly so! Though bargains can still be found. I hope you are able to acquire your own house soon. I was once rescued by two policemen from scammers in Paris. They were fabulous and I am grateful to them still. Thank you for the video.
