Opportunities started practically falling into my lap, and strangers became more friendly. My relationships improved, etc. Once I raised my frequency to self-love instead of living in my old frequency of shame, guilt, and doubt, my desires became easier to obtain and life became more enjoyable for me.

Thanks for the good advice ! I try and help others and oftentimes do but when I need s hand with something it seems noone is around or willing to help out. I don't believe in putting a woman on a pedestal- relationship wise, but I will always oprn a door for a lady and try and be as good as I can be- that's just how I am. I will be trying to change things to put myself first to a point, though I don't believe in being selfish. It's sometimes difficult to get on with a blanket way of doing things.

Im 30 and just got out of my first relationship 2 months ago today of about 3 and a half months. My best friend Ive known since kindergarten and until about a year ago both of us have lacked any sort of confidence socially. It was basically a trauma bond that made both of us worse I feel like. He's still in the same boat and has no sense of self worth or power to change his circumstances. But I became obsessed with trying to change mine, actually making some friends, getting promotions at work, deciding I wanted to be a pilot and getting my pilot license, and to my absolute joy: finding love. But right now all I want is another chance with my ex and I realize that's not healthy and puts me in a kinda tough spot. It just hurts to detach and realize it might not work out even though I know it would be beneficial in the long run to get her back or find someone else. Your videos are very positive and comforting to listen to when I start feeling that sense of lack just looming over my head. Doing my best to change that mindset! Thank you.

I would say relationships are about what you give yourself and what you assume about others. Coming from a place of inner abundance will always create healthy relationships because you are not expecting someone to make you feel good. You know that you are your own source of love, validation, etc and people will reflect that.
I often flip flop between the two. I find it hard to hold my frame. Is that normal as you transition and change your self- concept. I find my anxiety triggers me back to the old story
