I love all your videos Elle. Such sense and beautifully delivered but if I may echo some previous comments, you said to “repeat in your mind after me” but there was no space/time to do so. Maybe you didn’t mean “repeat” and to just listen. I listened to the whole thing again but it was still very difficult, and rushed and I felt I couldn’t really be present. Please keep doing the self-concept videos, they (and you!) are marvellous. Thank you x
I detached from "wanting" him and focused on my self-concept to be a beacon of unconditional love. I wanted to radiate love and happiness within myself, and anytime he'd come to mind, I'd send him love. He came back to me, and by then I was in a much happier mental place (no more unhealthy attachment, no more anxiety, no sense of neediness- which is what pushed him away). I know that our time apart was necessary for me to level up within myself. And it gave him space to breathe and want me again.
@@sophl2265 in a way, yes. A toxic 3p that he allowed into his music group. She wanted a relationship with him, but I knew his accepting her into the group was his way of putting up a wall because our feelings were very intense, which was a new experience that scared him, and I was attached in an unhealthy way. So I bowed out gracefully (no contact). It took me time to stop feeling angry and hurt, but I realized he couldn't come back to me if I held those negative emotions- or emotions like neediness, longing, wanting, etc. So I focused on myself, vibing on love, and being ok. When I was in a good place-- it took a number of months- I casually reached out to him and he was very eager to see me. Meanwhile, I knew the 3p had quickly met someone else and the music group was no more. Things are different between us now- more grounded, and I'm not chasing like I used to. It's early days for us, and I'm still focused on keeping my vibe "unconditional love and peace". Thanks for letting me share.
change your beliefs.. affirm you are the only one for him and he decided to be with you! because he loves only you.. dont give him free will.. you decide the outcome..you are the creator its your reality, he loves you and thats it..persist in it..circumstances dont matter..affirm I am the only one for him..he loves me and wants to be with me
