Great product, a must if you live in a condominium, if you have a water leak you are liable for the damages to the unit below you and that can add up!! Good video!!
This device is not good at all. When the batteries die, it gives no warning. Mine also also died after 11 months (it wouldn't pair with my phone). I got a replacement under warranty; it paired successfully but after in put it under the dishwasher, it went offline. Now I need to open up the access panel again to get to the thing. Don't trust it at all.
I really enjoy all your videos , and I'm really thankful that you dont charge with things like patreon ... thanks for looking out for other homeowners....
I like the email notification aspect of this device. I would have preferred an SMS text msg though...that would have sounded a notification rather than relying on me to check my emails. Also, I wonder if Grohe has any products or 'attachments' that can notify me of a sump pump failure. I have a water detector where I can put the contacts just above the max water level in the sump, but it just sounds an alarm, which is only effective if someone is in the house when it goes off. Thanks for the review and edification!

SENSE KIT 22502LN0

Great video and tips! I had a leak in the bathroom before and wouldn't wish that on anyone!

When I go out of town I shut off my main line! 😊

Good Morning. Yes they are very good. I have a none WYFI one but any one is great to have. Jack
Would this work for a crawl space? You could have plumbing leaks and not know about it in an area like that.
it would work in crawl spaces, although selective placement would be best, eg near drains or shutoff valves
I have a 9v battery operated sensor in my laundry room. I have no smart phone, so far so good 🤞.
awesome, which one did you go with?
I wish I would have known about this several months ago. I had an upstairs toilet leak-now I have to get the ceiling painted :-(
anyone had success with the Grohe Sense Guard? That's the one that plumbs right into the supply line. Thanks.
When it can text me I’ll get a few of them. The technology is already here so what’s the holdup?
totally agree and maybe they already do that

If you dont get a sms ore alarm on your phone the device is totaly useless

My Grohe Sense keeps jumping off of the wifi. I don’t like this product!
$50 ea. Hmm
