@@bartloboy8389 After the Hillsborough Tragedy, they wrote a paper called "The Truth" which falsely claimed that drunken Liverpool supporters at the top levels peed on cops and supporters on the field stole wallets from dead fans.
He really is a likeable character. Don't think I've ever seen a manager in the EPL who is liked by so many fans of other clubs.
Wenger had a lot of admiration in his first 10 years.

Greets from Dortmund! We had the pleasure to have him for 8 years. and even when he left because all was going to shit and he thought the club needed a change we stood there and said thank you. He is welcome in Dortmund any time and will be remembered as a true Dortmund man. Because when he does things, he does them with all of his heart and not just as a job. But overall just a scummy newspaper that no one should buy.

Doubt that guy is gonna answer for you but essentially there is a strong hatred towards the Sun from not just Liverpool as a city, all across the city you will find stickers in shops and other various places protesting the Sun and stating that they do not sell their paper, this is because of what is called the Hillsborough disaster which killed 96 liverpool fans due to an overcrowded stadium and a police chief who had no care for human rights. The Sun published a large amount of articles falsely claiming that the liverpool fans were drunk and were at fault. Through countless evidence this was proved wrong and liverpool fans have been wanting justice ever since. There have been countless other scandals as well such as a phone hacking scandal, I suggest going on to the Sun's wikipedia page and going through controversies as I doubt I even scratched the surface of this disgusting 'newspaper'.

This had nothing to do with Hillsborough and Klopp says that in the conference. The S*n are a poisonous outfit altogether. This was to do with the reporting on Dejan Lovren and his Relationship which followed after this - info probably obtained via hacked emails.
