Hello Pam, enjoy your infectious personality and Joy of cooking. I too have been cooking for a long time and I wanted to share one tip that you might like to give to the public.... When I was a girl and started baking I didn't know that if you put hot water into your dirty mixing bowl which had flour residue, that it would cook the flour onto the sides of the bowl. My boss told me about always pouring cold water into any bowl that has flour in it to let it soak in all of the flour would wash out very quickly. Just a little tip on making clean up easier!
My home ec teacher taught that tip, too! She also suggested keeping a sink or wash pan filled with hot soapy water to wash as you go or soak until you're ready to clean up.
@@patkern185 yes I remember the warm soapy water to wash up as you go along tip as well! My mother did not like to be in the kitchen at the same time as we were so it didn't come from her but rather the lady that I trained with when I was 23 where I was cooking in a remote camp.
Funny, someone mentioned their home ec teacher. And as I watched you, I thought to myself, if only Pam had been my home ec teacher I'd have jumped into cooking so much faster! You are using the current form of teaching with a much wider audience, what a much better format! Great accomplishment!
I have just found your channel and I love watching you. I'm sure I'm much older than you but you have that motherly love in your voice and we all need a little of that, no one is too old for motherly love. The dish looks AMAZING and mouth watering. I wish I had all those ingredients because I would make it right now. God bless!
What a good idea to do roll ups. Nice change. You're so sweet, Pam, and I love your cooking tips and inspirational messages. God Bless you, lovely lady! XO ❤️
Hi Pam. I want to thank you for all your helpful tips. I'm thrilled at being able to keep my veggies for a longer period of time so they don't spoil. I've been using your tip for cucumbers & I haven't thrown any out since- Yay! My new issue is my breads (wrapped in plastic) are molding when either left out on the counter or in the fridge- UGH. Can you help? Thanks.
After watching this video and drooling all over myself I hit the subscribe button.😩😂😂 ooohhh girl that looks more than delicious. I'm definitely making this dish.
Beautiful dish. I love how you didn’t add extra salt, there is a lot of salt in cheese. The only thing I would add is a pinch of nutmeg either to the spinach mixture or the cheese sauce. Nutmeg really enhances both.
Hello Pam. I love your channel, and your energy. I think the world needs more people like you in it. I genuinely belive this little community you've grown is so wholesome and sweet. Keep up the amazing work you do! ❤️❤️❤️
This looks yummy! I know some people don’t like cottage cheese in there lasagna. As for me I do. but if you don’t you can run it through a blender and make it smooth. You will still have the flavor but smooth! Thank you for sharing your recipe.
That looks amazingly scrumptious Chef Pam. I am definitely going to make this. Thank you for always blessing us with your beautiful energy, grace and, knowledge of yummy dishes!
My granny taught me how to make Alfredo sauce and her directions are almost identical to yours. Only difference was she used heavy whipping cream and a bit more fresh grated parmesan cheese in hers.

Hiiiiii Pam!!! This recipe is just too much love all that cheese. It’s 9:12 pm here in Puerto Rico and if I had all those ingredients I’d make it tonight. Oh wow every time you say “ it’s amazing” I get hungry 😍love you my friend. God bless you 🇵🇷.
You truly have a sincere way of teaching. I would love to be in the kitchen with you. And it was so refreshing to hear somebody say no extra salt needed! I am on a low-salt diet and it seems like every recipe calls for a lot of it. Also, my husband makes a cream cheese sauce just the way you started out. Yummy
Oh my goodness I can’t believe this recipe. I think it’ll be great for inviting family. Special dinner. Not sure when I’ll make it but I want to soon. God bless you.
You are really touching that glass like it's not even hot. Lol. You have those chef hands! To quote a very famous chef, "fingers are for burning." :) Loving this though! I'm going to have to add it to the very long list of dishes you made I need to cook.

Hi Pam...you are fab!!!! Such a calm presence in the kitchen makes me want to try this and the cheese....so yummy! So glad I found you and subscribed!!!!
Yummy, Pam. The triple threat of Italian food: Mozzarella, Provolone, & Parmesan Cheese. Pam, a question, do you keep the sauce on low heat until ready to use it in the lasagna? I would imagine the cheeses would get clumpy when they cooled down.
Hi Pam, I wanted to say how much I loved your latest cooking video! As a fellow at-home chef, I always look forward to your delicious recipes and tips. One thing that caught my attention in this video was your use of already-ground pepper in your recipe. I've always used a home pepper grinder for the freshest taste, so I'd like to know why. Is it more convenient, or does it bring out certain flavours in your dishes? And for other viewers, do you have any other spice tips to share? I always love learning new techniques from fellow foodies! 😋 Let's keep the conversation going and share our best tips and tricks for getting the most flavour out of our spices. Try an authentic Alfredo. I'm 100% Italian, so you will thank me. Melt butter in a pan. Add 3/4 cooked pasta (a couple minutes before al dente). Stir and add a ladle of the salted pasta water. Cook a minute then add more salted pasta water. It becomes "creamy" looking. Grate parmesano Romano cheese and stir for another minute. Serve. Add more grated parmesan. That is authentic Alfredo, Italians don't use cream or milk for this dish. P S: I wanted to snarf your pasta dish out of the screen. Mmmmmmmmmmm
