Frostbit Boy Visits Derry-Londonderry to Promote Superfast Fibre Broadband

  • Local comedian and renowned superfast talker Ruairí McSorley - also known as Frostbit Boy - roared into the city of Derry-Londonderry to help spread the word about Superfast Broadband.
    Ruairí - who hails from Park in Co. Londonderry - was recently unveiled as the new face of Superfast NI and is starring in an ad campaign to help raise awareness of the benefits of superfast broadband. During his visit to the Walled City, Ruairí met with members of the public to tell them more about the campaign and to encourage all those who can avail of superfast broadband to upgrade to the service. Ruairí also used the opportunity to challenge people to a Superfast Tongue Twister Challenge!

    You can find some of these same or similar idioms throughout Appalachia here in the US. For example your greeting:
    " Ha ye doin' " is very common.
