I made up a meditation where I see two rooms one with all my positive stuff of life and one with all the negative stuff I've been going through in several meditations I go to the room with all the bad stuff. I look at an item and it goes into the good room because I realize that it was good and I learned from it, the teachings would say learning from an obstacle or if it's bad I throw it in the garbage and I've been cleaning out my negative room and it's making me feel uncluttered
Absolutely love this content! The parable of the farmer really stuck with me. It’s amazing how accepting the flow of life can lead to emotional balance. Thanks for breaking it down so well!
The 'Maybe' parable from Taoism really resonated with me. It's a powerful reminder that life's events aren't inherently good or bad; our reactions give them meaning. This perspective shift can be truly liberating. Anyone else find this idea of non-attachment freeing?
Minimalism isn’t just about decluttering possessions but also about simplifying life to focus on what truly matters. This philosophy can lead to profound mental clarity and peace. Curious to know, what’s the one thing you’ve let go of that has made a significant impact on your life?
