South African lawyers are preparing a lawsuit against the United States and the United Kingdom, accusing them of complicity in Israel’s war crimes in Gaza.

I don´t know how a one state solution could work. I mean they always say that Israelis are afraid living near Ha_mas, but what about Palestinians, who would then live with their abusers (settlers, police, IDF). 2-states with the internationally recognized boarders of 1968- and all settlers that live illegally in the Westbank and Jerusalem need to leave. They all knew that what they did broke international law and didn´t care, it´s not the Palestinians fault that no one enforced it.

I don't agree that all who call for a 2-state solution have bad motives. Some are doing so - for instance, the South African foreign minister today - because that's what international law says - passed long ago, true, but that's what it says. It is the written law. For US politicians, politics and religious extremism trumps morality.
What you all seem to be overlooking is that it is against US LAW to provide arms to countries that commit human right abuses with them. It is NOT American foreign policy you're asking the court to intervene in, but US domestic legislation, where the Federal Court has clear jurisdiction.
The Genocide Convention which the USA is a signatory to expressly makes it a duty of all countries that have signed up to it to prosecute cases of incitement, aiding and complicity in genocide in their own domestic courts. Therefore the argument being used by the government that there is no jurisdiction is spurious and totally without merit. All those in the USA who are aiding the "plausible genocide" by Israel in Gaza by for example supplying weapons to the regime on trial for genocide (which Israel now is) which enable them to continue that genocide clearly commit an offence under the Genocide Convention and the domestic courts of that country have an international legal obligation to prosecute.
