Ok, so I literally just found this today, and I gotta say I love this particular variant of the Villain Deku AU the best. Like, most variants of this AU simply have Deku doing a complete 180 of his normal character and murdering as much as he wants. But this actually keeps that character and just twists it. I especially love his new relationship with Bakugo, and how Bakugo seems to form deeper bonds with his classmates after everything that happened with Deku. It's like you took all the character development Horikoshi has planned for Bakugo and just sped it up significantly. Can't wait for the next part!
