Okay, so the storyline....
Here are some mixed flashbacks but,
some relevant points(?
-Izuku refused to take One For All
-Fails the UA exam entrace
-Saved by Stain
-He decides to become his disciple and disappears from home
After Stain's capture he wanders off to join the league of villains. He makes his debut after Kacchan's kidnapping.
Being teleported by Kurogiri and All For One Kacchan, Deku and the league of villains end up being randomly dispersed around the city. Kacchan and Deku end up in the same place just in time to see the outcome of the fight between All Might and All For One.
Izuku disappears from the crowd to return home to say goodbye to his mother, only to find that he is already being investigated as a suspected member of the villain's league.

I love how you included that Deku would be considered a "true" hero by Stain, because if you think about it, his way of thinking wasn't _technically_ wrong. A lot of the heroes did it for the fame, therefore they came off as "fake." Deku would do it out of true compassion, not selfish desires, and he would feel like _that_ was what a true hero is. Leading to him becoming a villain to get rid of the "fake" heroes. I love this, because if Deku had _any_ chance of becoming a villain, this would be why.
Stain wanted to kill innocents because he didn't like the new definition of the word "hero". If they were called "supercops", Stain would have no problem. He murdered for semantics.
Also his backstory in Vigilantes is terrifying.
Stain has some points but he is still psychopathic, petty, a hypocrite and a murderer of the worst degree.
The fact that the person who technically inspired his crusade against heroes in the first place called him out on exactly that (before he punched his nose in) should be a telling sign.
This comment reminds me of Saitama from One Punch Man
That’s why Stain is so dangerous….
I agree not only that but the villans of the story mention sacrifice.why does a hero that has powers have to sacrifice themselves to be heros,they are talking about death of comrades and how it's a obligation that they must do this without any justice or compensation.
InJstice the Villan face is probably discrimination of quirks cuz you can't control what type of quirk you get and get crushed by society standards and no help received e.g abandoned and mistreatment.In addition In justice in terms of how useful a person could be and not based on the actuall person personality and feelings.

Deku can never be heartless. It's in his nature to care for others. He just pushes that part of him and overpowers it, which is why i love the villain aus

Keep practicing! I used to think I could never get to where I wanted to, but I've gotten somewhere where I'm proud of around 40% of my art which is a ton.

But because of One For All, even though All Might used to be Quirkless, he thinks Quirkless people can’t be heroes?? Like, wtf man?? Hagakure is basically Quirkless, just invisible, and she got into the hero course. So, yeah. All Might annoys me.
@@parasiticsoda4411 Hagakure is not actually her quirk is not confirm yet by Horikoshi. But for All Might i agree with you i felt like he's a representation of token person and then he start to forget where he come from
I think a lot of explanations are that when he was Mido's age, he wanted to become a hero too, but as a quirkless, no one believed in his dream to become a symbol of peace until Nana. He based his 'good to dream but keep it realistic' speech off of both that experience AND the fact that he, as the no.1 hero, was injured beyond repair. I still kinda think that Ofa is a cop out for Mido, but Horikoshi didn't want to write a story based on a quirkless protagonist. He wanted to write about the legacy of Ofa, and as Mido says, how he became the greatest hero.
Tldr; All might is basing his opinion on both his childhood experience and his battle with AFO, and Horikoshi just didn't want to write a story about a quirkless protagonist.

When Kacchan stood across Deku, I had to pause for my hearts sake-
THSI IS SO GOODAJSJWJD! I love how he didn’t hold any resentment towards bakugo! He just stated what he felt and how he took the advice to a pinch. That hurt a lot! I think that also hurts way more than the usual screaming, because izuku looks saddened, like he’s accepting that’s what he has to be now, and that h u r t s. I also love how you said that he can never hate allmight! That’s in true izuku fashion and something we don’t see often in this AU! Thank you for this masterpiece!!

I’ve probably watched this forty times now and sent it to everyone I know. I wasn’t expecting this video to hit me so hard. I love the AU you’ve created so much it tells such a full story. I was bawling my eyes out this whole video and the ending the just broke me. The parallels. I am just a sucker for them. But the weight that moment carries in your AU’s story. I still can’t stop crying. Amazing work 💗

I just love this Villain Deku animatic...
It's perfection.
And the fact that Deku isn't a heartless monster or emotionless and that him becoming a villain affected is mom too makes me love this more.

One of the things I loved about this is the animator/illustrator, made Deku look my calm, and down to earth, while the majority make him look psychotic, and vengeful.

I love how this completely changes the meaning of All Might's words at the end.
I love this. It not only shows how Izuku would think about his Mom but this could easily be canon if the show didn't start off with him saying that this is how he become the greatest hero. Although, it could be argued that he meant the greatest hero to himself whether he ends up a Pro Hero or not.

Edit: I've rewatched this 10 times today and I just realized Deku has a picture of all might in his room that's ripped apart at 0:20 and I think that is an amazing detail
I haven’t seen anyone talk about this but then again I don’t like reading but when Deku was talking to Bakugo, he was telling him “you have to understand that the one I killed was me. Changing what I was for what you wanted me to be. I followed your direction, did everything you asked. I hope that makes you happy cuz there’s just no turning back” could refer to when Bakugo kept telling Deku to kill himself and pray for a quirk in his next life….

WHY DOES THIS NOT HAVE OVER 1 MILL LIKES SKSKSKSKKS
If Deku ever became a villain, he would most likely end up somewhere between Stain and Gentle Criminal. I can see him taking down fake heroes with his wits and analytical nature, but I really don't see him turning to killing them, I think he'd expose them and call out their faults to get them to self-reflect and improve themselves. Without All Might's training him, he would not be a fighter or would need someone else to train him. A villain Deku would be a mastermind or at least a strategist for his group, heavily involved in collecting information and planning, things that he excels at.
Midoriya has a close relationship with his mom and this is overlooked by too many villain AU's, even in the canon she is supportive of him but very concerned about him getting injured constantly. Obviously him becoming a villain would be a big deal and she would be devastated. His dad is completely absent from the story and there is a theory that AFO is his father, does anyone know of an AU where AFO reveals himself to Deku as his father?

I really like this AU and I just wanted to let you know that this video was especially important to me. I would loop it when I was going through a hard time in my life; deciding if I should run away from someone who wanted me to change, or if I should stay with them and kill someone (me) for them. The song and your amazing art helped get me through that time and now I'm in a much safer and happier place, without having had to kill anyone for it. But I still watch it to help remind myself that it can get better. Thank you for creating all of this, I know it can't be easy, but you're really amazing.

If deku became a villain I think this would be why:
Just like in season two stain had said that many hero’s are fake and do it for selfish reasons so Izuku began to think that way and realised the amount of people around him who did it for themselves (etc Iida for his family representation, Uraraka for money, bakugou for just being the best and more) but deku wanted to save others and rebelled against the selfish hero system, joined the LOV to get support and eventually forgot all about hero stuff due to his new relationships in the LOV

I feel like it'd tear me even worse if Deku was referring to himself. Other than that, you captured the Anime drawing style perfectly.
When I heard this song, I thought of the same thing that it's creepy. It wasn't 100% the same as this animatic (more like 70%), but it's still so freaking awesome that you created this animatic and posted it in the same week that I thought of it and I have that "awe" moment! You're really talented so it's even better and I can't draw for shif so suddenly seeing something so similar to what I was hoping to see is an awesome coincidence.

Overall, it's amazing.
