I can picture good ol' Cawl designing the Repulsor Executioners: - "How many guns do you wish this sacred work of the Omnissiah to have, Archmagos?" - "All of them"
i think an idea for a future gladius series, can be a big map, slower research, fast production but a challenge similar to this 2:1 odds but infantry focus with limited fire support vehicles and artillery. great for guards, astartes and necron playthroughs, what do u think also first
By now you seem to be to good (regarding challenge) for your setup. Even 6 Orcs are no competition anymore. You need more enemies/less allies otherwise you just dominate Gladius within a few rounds.
It's honestly kind of a coinflip as to what the AI are going to do in any given game. In my quick test games all the Orks came straight for me and my allies to the point where I assumed I'd probably fail this campaign. This time around they've pretty much agreed to let us outnumber them at all times. The more factions there are in total the more variance there is, I reckon. A 1v1 is always going to have those two factions clash at some point and continue clashing until there's a winner, but additional factions might just do their own thing instead of joining in. The more factions we have on the map the more chances there is that a faction will be distracted doing it's own thing. These Orks were just easily distracted this time around :)
I have a fresh cup of tea too. The full immersive experience
Love This, Crazy Awesome! Cheers
