hi can u please help. I Done my dbs on April 2023. they email me saying they not received the dbs. I only done my topographical test then got email saying they cannot process appliction until they receive the dbs and update service. I sent my dbs via email but I don't have update service which the tfl application I made was in 2023 and dbs is from 2023. what should I do please help.
