I've posted elsewhere my relatives May results, (in Bristol not sure where you are) he's had solar since 2018.This May just gone was 85% of the previous worst May and 75% of the average. Thats over 7 years.
It was my 1 full month of having solar and battery in May. its been a poor month weather wise hasnt it for May in the Uk, but still compared to my usuasl bill i still saved a huge amount off my bill
Only had solar installed last September, so far most months have been there or thereabouts what the SolarEdge designer said, and last month was 1.3 mWh versus 1.4 mWh forecasted. 12.8kWp system in an east/west split on a SolarEdge 10kW inverter.
I am based in North East England and mirror your figures for April and may this year as being well down on previous years. I have 10 years of history to compare and these figures are the worst ever! My system has been increased in size since late last year but I am still able to split my generation between old and new systems. Fortunately some of my newer array is west facing and I noticed that evenings in may were frequently better than the rest of the day so this helped my total generation may to be 741 kWs .Roll on June but so far disappointing too! h2onorth
For me in the heart of the Midlands, May was disappointing but not terrible. It's my first year so I don't have previous data, however compared to PVGIS I was down about 50kWh. From my 5.6kWh Peak system I generated 561kWh, Imported 145kWh, Exported 391kWh, billing was -£58.63 (not including standing charges) I haven't ran my stats for the gas on Tracker yet, it will still be cheaper than Variable, but it had crept up during the month probably to the highest this year.
Spalding Lincs 5.4 south facing system 552.4 generated (2023 598.3) best day 19th 29.8 worst 3rd 2.7. Definitely a front loaded month end of the month awful. Our rainfall total tells the tale 89.6 mm against 18.75 last year
That’s because the globalists are pushing their climate change agenda and to make it happen, they are using cloud seeding. This creates rain, a lot of cloud and this is a by product of their using the clouds to block out the sun and reflect sunlight back into the atmosphere . They say this will reduce global warming and we are still having the warmest months in record. THEY LIE. They want to destroy our crops to create famine, our industry to create dependence and our lives as they wish to subdue us and control our every move. This is communism (socialism they call it as they think it sounds more benign) and it’s all leading towards their digital currency and social credit system to make living in the west make life in North Korea seem more like a holiday in Disneyland

Good to hear
NW UK here. My figures for May from a 3.2kW due south facing array are:
461 kWh 2023
329 kWh 2024
Approx 30% reduction!

4 kw array in Leicestershire generated 459 kwh worst day 3rd with 2.1 kwh best day 19th with 26.7 kwh.
my 5.6Kwh installed last month, West London, May 637Kwh, worst 4.6 (21st), best 36.8 (20th)
Over 100 Kwh down this May 471 last year 383 this year. N.E England. 10 panel 3.6 Kwh east west split. March 24 was up by 2 Kwh .
Funny just changed to intelligent go and I no longer see my export either and my solar was garbage second half in May also
North London, May 2023 777kwh, May 2024 665kwh
My 3.6kwh system in Norfolk. May 2023=458kwh / May 2024=420kwh
