I watched the whole of the anime that's out and I have 4 vols I love it so much my gf actually told me to watch the anime and Now I'm trying to collect the whole series
That is so cool that your girlfriend is encouraging you to check out more of the series. Luckily Jojo's is a little easier than other series to collect.
I personally would not recommend for a 10 year old son. There are two volumes I was not comfortable with my 12 year old daughter reading. You could always check out the first volume on the viz media app to see for yourself. I might be a little more cautious than other parents.
Volume one is prob a safe one to start with… then you can play around with others! Overall it’s a pretty family friendly manga and anime so I wouldn’t be super worried about it
If you do not feel it is repetitive now I would keep going. As of now I have read through volume 28. I am still finding myself laughing out loud, feeling cozy vibes, and seeing wholesome character development.
yeah but the manga kind of makes sterotypes of asocial people for example in the second volume the friend that has been allowed actually makes jokes about herself like ım a loyal dog (doesnt see her self enough for komi) is kind of a downgrade for me. I just have read the first two volumes. But ı think that series is not that soft. There are also some sexual jokes like ı just went my underpants wet and a ridicoulous attemp of harresment (these two takes in the first volume ı think or the second?) I dont know for adults and young adults its that cozy but for children who are under 13 ı dont think that its that cozy. But thank you for sharing your experiences with us!
I agree that Komi is not for a younger audience. As always I recommend parents read the first couple volumes themselves before deciding if the series is right for their children depending upon age, maturity, values, and so on. Thank you for sharing your perspective of Komi Can't Communicate.
I’m sorry to hear you deal with social anxiety. You sound so confident in your videos! Love seeing that you are pushing through your fears with UA-cam.
this manga is about the friends we made along the way
That is a great perspective. Thank you for sharing.
My comfy manga (besides Komi) is yotsuba. I have no problem recommending it to anyone, of any age. I actually have my copies out on loan to a friend.
Yotsuba is great! One of my kids favorite manga!

Are there any volumes you would reccomend for my 10 year old son. I know it is rated T but don’t know if it is inappropriate

I have 8 vols but I’m worried the series is gonna end up feeling repetitive

@@GeeksThatParent that’s a relief!!!
@@GeeksThatParent Komi has 28 volumes total? 😮
@@miyayume_eclectic_dream As of now Komi has 35 total volumes with more on the way. I do believe the series will be wrapping up sometime soon.

As a person with social anxiety, I can relate to Komi
