- With the recent news that Brandon and Serene have split it seems as though every couple from every season of The Bachelor, The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise are doomed to fail. Well... except for one lone season. A season of Bachelor in Paradise that's seen 6 couples stay together (thus far). The most successful Bachelor franchise season ever.

A couple that I’m happily surprised to see is still together is Hannah G and Dylan from three years ago on BIP. Hannah has a channel and she posts about them together all the time.

I LOVED that season!! Hannah G got her heart broken 💔 so many times & she's so pretty. I wasn't sure if they were still together?!? They made an adorable couple & seemed extremely happy together.! In the Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise world if they make it to 3 years in a committed relationship, they may make it & last. The other's after 6 months, that's the chance they take when signing up & most don't last.

Who would have though that season 7 of BIP would be better and most successful season in the bachelor franchise? It was the first season I watched and definitely one to remember.

I do remember that season and the couples more than the others. Mari and Kenny always seemed endgame for me and I love them.
Thomas got treated badly on his season of the bachelorette but I am glad he is happy.

Loved Season 7 of paradise! The guest hosts were funny and we got some excellent couples. Lots of laughs too.
I was so so excited for Becca and Thomas. I could honestly listen to Becca talk about anything because she just has such a nice voice lol

This is making me really sad we are not getting Bachelor in Paradise Canada videos... I'm sure you would have rocked those as well.
I think that season 7 is so successful because they had a variety of contestants from more than one season of the Bachelor/ette. But also Paradise is better than the other shows. It allows people to find someone more compatible but also gives them the opportunity to get to know each other better.
It's 3 breakups for Peter and Kelley if you count him dumping her in 5th place on his season.

I never understood all the hate for this season. It was very un-Bachelor but also iconic in it's own weird way. Like, where was the weird eating tacos off naked bodies date this past Paradise season? I swear, less production intervention for contrived drama means more success. Lil Jon & David Spade are the good luck charms that ward away production evil spirits.
maybe 1 season Chris H, not there? they have 4 hosts for entertaining etc...
P.S. It was also the first season post-lockdown; and I wonder if that led to more people having an appreciation for connecting with others in-person (remember how Ivan risked it all just for a chance just to see someone that was being held up in the staging hotel?) - and gave the couples a bit of an incubation period to date without too many interruptions. There was no stagecoach, no coachella, no revolve events - just this and DMs.

Mine too!! They were wise to step away from the Bachelor Nation spotlight early on and establish themselves as a solid couple. And Astrid was dope from the start - her being one of Rachel Lindsay's BFFs since Nick's season was always a good confirmation for me.

Given all the drama of Matt's season, it seems like the contestants ended up getting into successful relationships. Matt and Rachel are still going strong too.

Another fun fact, not necessarily couples who both met on the bachelor, but as far as bachelor cast babies go, Arie's season is wild! I think i can count 9 babies? From Lauren, Bekah, Becca, Tia, and Krystal

although like half those couples meet before. It does seem a lot of the couples that work had at least meet or communicated before the season which would be an interesting data stat to see.

All these young people coming on here after "falling in love" and being eliminated. I notice alot of them legit say if not indirectly SCREAM "I'm not ready for marriage". We can make it to just offical relations like AU (but folks her clout chass)

That gives me hope. BIP is definitely set better for success as Bach is set for max 1 couple to succeed and there is one way adoration of contestants to one guy or gal. In BIP they can make more connections, see how they act around other girls / guys they like and see how they treat friends too.

The main reason why I think this season was so successful is the age of the men!! Most of the men from this season were from Clare/Tayshia’s season, so they were all a little bit older to cater to Clare, the “oldest bachelorette”. These men were serious, ready for an engagement, and didn’t play childish games like the boys from paradise season 8. Notice how the only couple still together is Michael and Danielle, where Michael is older as well…

Blame it on COVID-19. By summer 2021 BiP contestants were more than ready to fibd loce and get real. After such a scary and uncertain period of lockdown, people were linging for connection. Oh love during a pandemic❤😂.

Wasn’t season 6 also a pretty successful season? There’s a number of relationships from 6 that are getting married soon. Overall I really enjoy BiP partially for the drama, but mostly for the higher success rate of couples lasting when compared to the normal seasons.

I would count Brendan and Piper and Chris and Alana pereseviering despite the show though. Both couples knew each other before and there are a good chance they would have ended up together. Their expirience on the show was really bad and at most gave them trauma bonding.
