As someone whos been back playing rust solo for the last like 3 months, I’ve encountered probably like 10 different clans across each wipe, each time there’s always 1 or two of them that are incredibly nice, wholesome dudes who generally will help you out and won’t just be toxic as fuck. Official servers have a lot of dicks, but finding those moments with nice solos, groups and clans are the best. One clan met them at end of wipe, they were gonna give me a bunch of stuff from the raid they just did, ended up dying and losing it but next couple wipes later I’m raiding a cave base. They come down, don’t shoot me at first and then I see their names, talk to them, they give me a rocket launcher, a rocket and some sulfer to keep raiding it. Good guys.
I’ve never played rust in my life, but somehow watching your videos once a week is a genuinly a highlight of my week. Thanks buddy.

I think what makes it so enjoyable to watch is that we get to see someone whos pretty good at the game get to explore something that is barely used to its full potential without getting too punished by pvp because hes good, so that way we can see just how good something like a tea farm can be :)

As a solo its almost a requirement knowing how to do almost anything in the dark as if it was day considering that its the only time where u are almost guaranteed to not enter pvp unless you decide to.

Not only did the bois not just wipe you off the map in your little shack, they legit farmed you some stone and traded off the TC in a rather fair and profitable exchange. What a wholesome group. I've only run into a handful of them in my time. I typically try to introduce myself to the neighboring groups in hopes we can coexist. If you interact with them and they are friendly, make sure to mark them as friendly in your Contacts in the top left of your inventory menu so they show up green for you. Helps keep tabs on your friends and foes over the course of a wipe. :)

I'm currently waiting for my new motherboard to arrive so I can start playing rust on PC, I'm sitting here under a blanket with a drink and am watching outside my window looking at the snow fall. Willjum's videos really relax me even though I'm eagerly waiting on something and am stressed since it's taking a long time to get here. I have to ask, when you upload one vid of a wipe and the next one you start a fresh wipe, does that mean you got raided? Not to blame, but I'd love to see the how you'd progress with some bases (e.g.last one with the camo base)

I love the lad back nature of how you play, I strive to play the same way.I find this way of playing releases so much stress that my job puts on me. I love making my bases on the beach and enjoy the views that offers me. Times large groups leave me alone and others tend to only raid me once but never greef. One of my favorite hobbies is to give naked SARs and ammo and let them run wild 😜

I have to say Wiljum, I watched quite a few rust players before I found you, but you are definitely my favourite. Not only are you obviously very skilled at the game, you always keep your cool, never give up, and are always friendly to those around you. I don't have a great deal of time to play this game, but the few times I've tried to play the game I inevitably run into the toxic players. If only there were more out there like you.
