Hill to Horizon House - August 2022 Project of the Month.
While Coromandel Peninsula is arguably one of New Zealand’s most beloved holiday spots, there are few willing to brave the tortuous gravel roads to get to the northernmost point, Otama Beach. But those who do are amply rewarded; the secluded north-facing beach is pristine and quiet, even at the height of summer.

*like the stair, contrast and lighting combination at the very first shot.... also the feature on the U/R window area*... 0:30: less impressive during the daytime; however, that striated grey is cool, but for where?
*2 shots from **0:47**: really like the interior cool of the wood, plus the contrast at the stairway... didn't notice use of space for deck and then open lighting for the stairs; that's very very nice... again @**2:57***... **fabulous @dusk @**3:42****

Find a way to get this to be just as appealing when full lights (overhead) and turned on... have to cut hair, etc****
1:46 as a pool shower def works. But maybe different flooring just b/c?
****"breakfast deck" is stunning @**2:32******
really like the 2:37 opening, but can't put finger on why
