one suggestion. to cut the sheet you are making an outline mark with a trowel. instead you can prepare a rubber sheet with outline as for rubber stamp preparation and using fast drying white paint, you can just press on the pad like ink pad and mark on the sheet. then instead of cutting the sheet manually, you can go in for mechanised mould pressing outline knife for speedy execution of works. the mould is as used for making paper envelopes. wish you all the very best for your hard work.
you use wooden handles. it can be avoided and recycle plastic used so that tree cutting can be avoided for afforestation to protect our environment.

The stamp thing will increase cost. Plus mechanisation will definitely increase production but the demand is limited, and it won't increase as it is not a consumer item. Wooden handles are best.. The trees are not forest trees but grown specifically for timber
