    manifesto
We have chosen this apparatus to explore a wild cosmos of minds, to awaken our hearts and to expand ourselves.
To step off the mat & live the practice of unity.
Each & everyone of us sees the world through our own unique light.
And amidst this constructed space we wish to connect our lights
    as constellations, beyond opinion.
To dissolve false narratives that divide us.
To stand tall with one another’s truths.
To learn to hold different perspectives simultaneously.
To free the path to the stars.
To create cosmos out of chaos.

Sorry to say it. I'm sick of podcasts. So much ego here, so much self-righteous judgement, generalizations, exaggeration, subjective declarations about the way it all is. And you're all in the podcast business. Back away from the microphone.

      Sadly I agree with you.
Starting with their yoga practices and how they talked about compassion and humbleness etc. I expected so much more reflection, insight, research and enhancement of their linguistic abilities before they talked about such important topics.

I actually listened to this episode on Spotify but I'm commenting here because Spotify doesn't allow me to type anything. This episode was incredibly fascinating!! The great thing about your podcasts is that we as a community are being introduced to so many other incredible inspiring people like yourselves that we wouldn't otherwise know about. I can't wait to listen to the birthing episode. 👏

I have followed you two for over 6 years and have always loved your compassion and wonderful yoga tutorials, but I recently watched your podcast with Shunyamurti and was disappointed to see you two nodding in agreement as he mentioned trans people as a mark of Kali Yuga. Transgender people are extremely vulnerable to the hatred and violence of this time period, and for you two to agree with it because you enjoy some of his work is concerning. If you two genuinely believe allowing that type of hateful rhetoric against a vulnerable population is okay, then you have lost a long time fan. Stand up for people who are being persecuted and murdered. Simple human kindness.

Yes! It was obvious to a lot of us from the start that masks and mandates were ideologically-and-politically-driven rather than necessary, beneficial measures. Now that it's undeniable these things were only destructive, it's become even more apparent that the persisting beliefs supporting them are basically religious beliefs that have no bearing in reality or science.

I too did a natural childbirth. In a hospital, which wasn't my preference, but drug-free, at least. Of course it was painful, but something really interesting about that experience was how the pain completely takes you out of everyday inhibitions and the things you get caught up in. Your only care or focus is what is happening in your body right then, and all the nonsense just falls away.

5:40 and THIS has ALWAYS been my stance as to why I didn’t get vaccinated because instinctively I KNEW that where we are today we would be here and no one would give a shit about this virus. I work with kids and we KNOW they carry germs it took me TWO years to finally get COVID and I was LITERALLY still tutoring my clients in person during the shut down because parents NEEDED help with getting their kids through their phonics and reading challenges. And I never got it until the world was open open and even then the symptoms only lasted 6 hours because before COVID I kept my immune system healthy so it was nothing for me to continue that through COVID so I was DETERMINED not to get vaccinated.
Cold part about all of this is that just recently I know SEVERAL ppl who got vaccinated got COVID at least 3times and has ended up in the hospital with pneumonia 🤔make THAT make sense!

I watched the entire episode and I am very impressed by Aubrey’s way with words. He’s so very articulate. I had not heard of him before so thank you for the introduction.
I must say, the first few minutes of the podcast were a bit off-putting with the eye-rolling and scoffing at ‘the jab’ and ‘fear-based mask-wearing’. These behaviors and word choices definitely contribute to the polarization that you both so often claim to detest. To balance the two polarized camps of thinking, I wanted to add that there are plenty of us ‘in the middle’ who listened to the experts and followed their advice on an emerging and unpredictable virus. Here’s my takeaway from COVID for a balanced perspective:
Masks were required and then encouraged not because they protect the wearer from GETTING COVID but because they decrease the chances that we’ll spread it to those around us. Wearing a mask isn’t necessarily a fear-based choice. I see it as more of a respectful one. With COVID being so unpredictable (some people had it but were asymptomatic; others had it with wildly varying symptoms), it made sense to wear a mask just in case you were one of the asymptomatic virus carriers. A lot of people in Asian cultures wear masks when they’re not feeling well for the same reason. To decrease the chance of spreading their illness to others. It’s a respectful, compassionate practice that I’ve adopted since COVID.
Anyway, I just wanted to add a different, more moderate perspective to the mix! Thanks for all your hard work!

So great to hear someone in the Yoga sphere not preaching this nasty selfish individualism. Wearing masks was about community respect. Refusing to wear masks was about righteous individualism, which is the exact opposite of what yoga espouses. In Lak'ech (you are my other, not you are a sucker).

I don't believe a "culture" of drinking Ayauesca at a football game is at all something to be encouraged. That blew my mind. The westernisation and capatilisation of drinking ayuasca is lacking the spiritual respect and honouring of this plant. That is so scary to me.. Ayuasca is not a fucking beer. Gross!!

Well done Julianna and Mark! You held your own with a very polished and professional podcaster. I subscribe to Aubrey and I love to hear his perspective about everything, but when he started talking about being a Dad and Fatherhood, or even Mum and Motherhood…what can I say other than he has plenty of ideas about it but he has not yet had the experience so therefore it is not real for him. He manages to make everything sound like he knows…that’s what I mean about him being polished.
Honestly, you guys need to feel confident in your own experiences and share them unapologetically. It would have been interesting to hear more about your marriage ceremony and your relationship challenges.
I have followed you both from the beginning…when Julianna looked like a teenager and Mark looked like a struggling musician :)
You two have your own presence. What you have done is fantastic!
Please be confident. If you want to be in this space…get in it 100% as yourselves!
On another note…I highly recommend Retreat.
You have no idea how important that purchase was for me. I was involved in a car crash…I was unable to work…I was home and very alone…I was drinking wine to numb my life…I realized that if I kept doing the same things that I could not expect a different result. One day I purchased Your program RETREAT. It was an intense 7 day metamorphosis for me. I followed it religiously. I cannot express to you how much it changed my life. That’s your strength….your passion and commitment, the huge effort that went into the filming, location, yoga, meditation, love, words, caring, compassion, music….
I highly recommend Retreat to anyone who wants to make a serious change to their lives.
Good luck with this new venture…just be yourselves ♥️

I love you guys and have been with you from the beginning, have even met you in person. I love the messages and content being put out, I love how you strive towards greater consciousness. But I find it disheartening that Aubrey Marcus’s company Onnit, is actually owned by Unilever, which is a very corrupt and unjust company. I will leave everyone to do their research and have their own opinions. I just don’t understand how a company like that is being supported by what Marcus and you stand for?

LSD and mushrooms completely changed my whole outlook on life. I became a better version of myself
This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body. A bunch of bad thought / behavior patterns were broken. One of these was pretty bad OCD that made me wash my hands a lot. It gave me a lot of hope that things will be fine, this is the one thing that I heard throughout the trip: Everything is alright. The main reason for the trip was my severe depression and it definitely helped me (although it's not gone). Before all I could do was lay in bed. Now I am trying to rebuild my life one step at a time which wasn't possible before."

Thank you so much for this amazing episode 💛 I was actually only going to listen to the first 20 minutes while eating my breakfast and then continue my work (of curse listening to the rest later). But this episode was so good and catching that I ended up listening to the entire thing (even taking notes to remember some of the amazing sentences/quotes you shared) and instead postponing my work. Thanks ✨
The post you talked about in the beginning. I remember this one so clearly. As soon as I saw it I had the feeling that you would receive a lot of hate and people sending negative vibrations to you. So I send you a message with love and good thoughts (I don't expect you to remember, you probably receive a lot of messages all the time). But I kept my thoughts centered for a while around sending you loving, positive energy. Because that post was so important (!) and you deserve high energy and vibrations and not low ones. Wish you all the best. I'm so happy you started this podcast and looking forward to more great episodes from you. Best of regards Fred (Danish, currently in Mexico) 💛

10 minutes into the podcast here and I am so deeply happy to hear what Marcus Aubrey is saying. My exact same thoughts around the C thing and I have been so so frustrated with how people have been sucked into this "mind virus", as he so perfectly says. I am the only only one in my social circle who didn't agree to any of this nonsense and never took one of these junk shots. And I still see people obsessing with masks here and there when they go on holidays ..... Feels good to know I am not alone in feeling the way I feel and FINALLY this is being said out loud and clear without any censorship!! Thank you for this important interview.

I will be forever grateful for your work. This episode has really connected with me. I’ve now watched awake in the darkness. I had never heard of Aubrey before. Thank you for chatting with guests such as Aubrey and allowing my eyes and soul to be opened

yes, when you loose something so precious, like when you talk about the darkness retreat, your life shifts so severely that it's unbelievable. My family and I are still experiencing this complete severe shift. It's like the ground gets pulled out from under you, and you are left with all these pieces of yourself that you have to try to make sense of..thank you again.
